1) Agreement to Terms. By using our website, forms, or communication channels (including SMS/MMS), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Who We Are. Hungry Goat Home Buyers purchases real property for investment. We are not a law firm, financial advisor, or real estate brokerage. Any estimates/offers are non-binding until set forth in a signed agreement.

3) Permitted Use. You will provide accurate information, use the Site legally, and not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Site.

4) SMS/Text Messaging Program.
• Opt-in: You may opt in via web forms, written consent, or other documented methods.
• Content & Frequency: Messages relate to property inquiries, appointments, reminders, and relevant offers; message frequency varies.
• Costs: Msg & data rates may apply.
• Help/Stop: Text HELP for help; text STOP to cancel. You’ll receive one (1) final confirmation of your opt-out.

6) Disclaimers. The Site and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any outcome, timeline, or price until a written contract is executed.

7) Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to $100.

8) Indemnification. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9) Governing Law & Venue. Georgia law governs; venue lies in state or federal courts located in or serving Bibb/Jones County, Georgia.

10) Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
